For over 30 years, Mark Pruitt has served as a trusted advisor to individuals and small businesses in the areas of estate planning, asset protection, business continuation and succession, charitable planning, special needs, trust planning and tax planning. Mark has established a reputation throughout the Oklahoma legal community for his dedication to clients and expertise in the mentioned areas. Mark graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a finance degree in 1979. He received his law degree from Oklahoma City University in 1983 and was admitted to practice in the state of Oklahoma in 1984. Mark furthers his education regularly by attending estate planning conferences throughout the U.S. He integrates his knowledge of the modern landscape into his practice daily with a highly personal and integrated approach. Suzanne Paul | Paralegal
Suzanne serves as the Paralegal at Pruitt & Associates and carries an associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Rose State. Suzanne offers over 30 years of experience in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate. She skillfully prepares and drafts documents to fit our client’s needs and works closely with Mark to ensure a wonderful experience while working with us.
